Sadie
“So who got the best outfits, by the way?”
Bob asked as we put away the mic stands, wires, instruments, and the cameras. We are almost finished fixing them, but instead of completely cleaning them away, we all stopped and look at what we are wearing. As expected, we all wear black.
We all look at Bob first, covered in black and purple--he wants to be the walking MANIA album. His hair, which he usually calls ‘waves of purple’, is joined with a black sleeveless shirt with the words ‘black’ written all over it in purple. Dark purple skinny jeans with the rips surrounded by a lighter shade of purple. Lastly, his black converse where he painted the Fall Out Boy logo on the sides. His face only got purple eyeliner.
We turn to Liam, who ha
Sadie “How did you manage?” That is what Liam asked me when I got out of the bathroom. I forgot the clothes that Austin has prepared for me. He let me borrow the clothes that are quite big enough for him, mainly from online that he accidentally bought in the wrong size. Liam was the one who volunteered to give them to me. Once I put the clothes on and get out, he suddenly pulled me down the stairs to ask this question. “I wanna know.” “Know what?” “About you and Anya.” I scoffed. “What about us? What’s in the garbage will stay in the garbage.” “Yeah, but what’s the deal? What happened? Tell me honestly.”
Sadie I did not expect things to escalatethisquickly. First, I “saved” Anya from her fans, lent her my clothes, played a song in front of her, liked the song, held my hand, thanked me, and now I am following her on the way to her home. The moment we left, I wasn’t sure what happened. When Anya asked me to come with her, my eyes were just locked with her, and she’s looking at me with hope. I felt my head move up and down slowly and this made her smile the same one she gave me when she thanked me. Then, she suddenly pulled me to the door after Liam and Bob left. She thanked Austin numerous times while the guy was confused why we’re holding hands (I did not hold her hand back, Anya
Anya This must be my dream. I must be sleeping with my eyes open right now. I try to feel things like the Converse on my feet stomping on a familiar road, the leaves on the trees beside the sidewalk, the soft hair of the person beside me. She turned around, a bit tense. “Sorry!” I whisper a squeal. “No no, it’s fine!” She whispered as well. “I was just surprised, that's all.” I continue to giggle and turn around. Finally a heist! A run-away! Something so exciting to ever happen in my life! I look back, too happy that I sometimes forget that I’m with Sadie. I ran back to join my partner-in-crime, just wrapping my arms on her shoulders and
SadieI. Am. So. Doomed. This is it. This is where my life will end. Fucking hell kind of life am I living at this point? This is where I’ll be going to jail and bring people around me down. I will bring Agon down...I’ll see you all in the afterlife.I hope Anya’s mother will give me a chance to pray and bid farewell to my family and friends and future. Now I close my eyes and put my hands together. God, you lead my way now.“Princess?” A deep voice shouted from behind.Anya looked at me, shocked. “F…” She did not finish, but I assume she meant to say
Sadie This must be a dream... Or something. I don’t know. At this point, I am just surprised that my ‘speech’ saved me and Anya and I didn't get beaten up! After that, The maid, aunt Beth as Anya likes to call her, agreed. The guards were still suspicious about it but seeing how Anya was begging for it, they let it go, but they are still onto me. Although the walk to the back of Anya’s home is short, it felt almost like forever because of the guards. They shoot glares down at me, and I'm like a puppy who’s called a bad dog. It’s a shame I called them small when I amliterallysmaller than them. Anyways, it's still a dream because after Aunt Beth agreed, Anya turned to me and hugged me.&
8-year old Anya went down the stairs that made her feel smaller--like she’s inside a giant's house, which she loved. She woke up at 2 am feeling thirsty so she went to the kitchen and drank 3 full glasses of water. She was about to go up before her mom might catch her and thought she’s staying up late. Though, she heard two familiar voices outside. She decided to check out. When she approached the glass doors, she saw two of her sisters talking. Beside them are pieces of luggage and bags.“We will jump over that fence” The 17-year-old whispered to the 16-year-old. “We will make a few sounds as possible.”Suddenly, they stopped talking and looked behind them, where the sound of the door slamming came from. “Anya?&
Anya Finally, I’m free Sadie and I are leaning on a hill, both the backpacks down. I’m looking straight at the forest and starting to remember all my memories with my mom, Kade, Aunt Beth, and my sisters. My sisters… “Anya, I know you’re not like them. You’re smart. You may not understand us now but soon you’ll figure it out.” I get it now, what they meant. I caught myself in a cave, but I found myself in a forest to go to--along with someone. I look at Sadie, and I can see her looking at the forest as well, maybe thinking about something like I did. Was she once stuck in a cave as well and escaped through it? Have I helped h
Anya Twigs crunch under our feet as we walk under the tower of trees surrounding us like giants. The leaves stretch out like they created their dome and keep the woodland from the eyes of the sky, which results in us barely seeing anything in this dark forest. Sadie told me that I shouldn’t use flashlights because some residents and security guards might notice and kick us out. I stumble a few times but I redeem myself right away. Sadie decides to walk slowly in front of me so I can walk carefully without worrying that I could lose her. We are walking for, I don’t know, a few MILES and I feel quite tired. I am carrying the heaviest bag on my back which is trying to pull me downwards. “Are we there yet?” “Close,” Sadie said so I kept fighting. Afte
