Xavier watched her run off with a smile on his face."C'mon, let's have some fun!!" Adriana screamed, calling out to him.
The fact was that Xavier was not here for the fun but he was here because of a myth he had heard of.
Kissing your loved one on the highest point of the merry-go ride could help strengthen the love to be eternal and that was what he wanted with Adriana, an eternal love.
He tucked his hands into his pockets and walked to meet her but was stopped by a bunch of young girls.
"Hello handsome man, can I have your digits?" The girl, who seemed to be the leader of the group asked, twirling her hair.
She was pretty but yet not as pretty as Adriana, his mate. If it was the past, he would have definitely accepted the offer, it would do him nothing anyways but now he had his mate and one thing he was not ready to do was to cheat on her.
