Closing his eyes, Alexis sniffed the air around him, unable to find that omega, but still looking for him.

Three days had passed at the camp, and with sadness, Alexis soon realized that it would probably be much more complicated than he had thought at the beginning to be able to find that omega he saw at the opening of the camp. For even though all the alphas, omegas, and betas were together at the camp; it was very difficult for them to grant at the same time.

As in any camp, everyone had activities planned, but they were separated by alphas and betas, and the omegas were kept in a remote location or doing a different activity. Alexis didn't know if the camp organizers separated them that way because they had the typical fear that the omegas would be attacked by alphas or betas, or because they considered them more delicate to do the activities that the others did.
