Chapter 30

Bella's POV

I sighed deeply as I sat staring out of the window. It has been one week since I last saw Xavier. After the incident that night, I did not see him.

When I woke up, he wasn't there and when I asked the guards, they said he had gone to take care of the job. I shrugged thinking it was urgent.

But since that day I have yet to see. I miss him a lot. It physically pains me not seeing him. I know he has been avoiding me.

And I am the reason. I cry softly to myself. I really miss her. His childish pout, his million dollar smile, small stubble in his jaw

and mostly his blue stormy eyes that held so much love when I looked into it. I felt so safe in his arms, now without him, I feel so cold and lost.

He can yell at me, and I would not care. I miss his touch and smell. His absence is literally killing me. That is when I realised something.

    Xavier's POVI was pacing outside the infirmary for 45 minutes. The doctors are still in there treating my mate. I hope she is fine. Damien has yet to calm down yet.He is still on edge.     Bella's POVI jolted awake as cold freezing water poured on me. I shuddered at the coldness. I wince at the coldness coming in contact with my injuries.It has been almost a day since he start to torture me. He had whipped me, cut me in my stomach and also punched me.     Bella's POV It has been 2 days since I was kidnapped. No one was yet to walk in from the door. I was just sitting here tied up. My whole body is numbed considering how long I have sat here.I was tired and weak. I have lost some blood due to the cut. They also starved me.
