There she was on the bed, looking worse than before. Her breathing was slow and even her heartbeat made me worried. All I could see was a dried up body and not the woman I met outside a hotel months ago. Once every thirty seconds, she would cough a very dried cough. She looked so pale that we had to order for oxygen and invited as many midwives, nurses and doctors, sharmans, witch doctors and all those who all had contacts with vampires. Richard had refused to leave her side, he's been with her all day. Malicay said it's because the time was slowly approaching.
Humans are really weak, to think she would suffer so much from just conceiving a Vampire, I felt like beating up Richard for being responsible but everyone was anticipating the birth of this child, even I can't deny it's importance.
