I was meant to relax but I couldn't. The last time I took time away from work, I was with Damien and he literally took me to the other end of the world just so I wouldn't have to worry about work.

But this time, I was only a few distance away from my foundation headquarters. I kept telling myself that I could juat grab my car key and head there.

And a voice in my head kept holding me back at the same time, telling me I needed the day off to get over what happened to me.

I drank another glass of water to ease my restlessness and I could tell it was probably my tenth glass even though it wasn't noon yet.

My mind was all over the place, images of my office kept flashing in my head and thoughts of the project we just won… I was itching so badly to meet Damien and talk about it with him.
