After the doctor checked Nyra, he gave her some flu medicines and told her to rest. Drake helped her put of her formal wear and dressed her up in one of his t-shirts.

Douglas was feeling bad about all of this. He is blaming himself for her sickness. If it's not for him dumping all of that on her head so suddenly, then she might have been fine now.
