PrologueRIYA – RAISING INNOVATIVE YOUNG ADULTS. This years RIYA program had been hijacked by a secret billion dollar company known as IBED. CHAPTER FIVE – CAPITAL’S TRUTH As early as 5am the members of the camp were up, Roxanne was still in bed sleeping–she needed it.
