The last day bride,

Episode 02

A little from the last episode    

Mr Brown hop on the bed willing to take a nap when his phone hoops,

He slide to answer,

"📱Mr Brown, something transpired,

Someone said over the phone with a shaky voice,

"📱What happened, why is your voice shaking?"      Mr  Brown asked,

"📱The goods, the truck burnt to Ashes,  all the 15 million dollars goods have burnt to Ashes", Mr Brown,

The caller announced,

"Whaaaaat, Mr Brown screamed and stood up from the bed walking out of the room,

THE STORY CONTINUES

While going out, he met Mrs. Elizabeth on the way, 

"Why do you look fierce, is anything wrong with you?" she inquired with a suspicious expression,

'Everything most be wrong when I have you in my life, get out of my sight,

Mr Brown babbled,

"I didn't ask because I minded, I asked because is my obligation as a wife,

Mrs. Elizabeth shouted,

"Your duty as an erratic wife", Mr Brown answered and shoved her off his way heading to the garage.

"What should we do now, that's why I advised you not to drive, now what if they apprehend us?"

Rissa asked worriedly,

"I have been driving for ages, just because you were with me in the car, you sent your terrible luck to me,"

Am running, and if you like stay, if they arrest you, is Known of my problem".

Claudia said and launched the engine,

"But we need to apologize, Claudia, we can't just leave,

Rissa retorted

"Then stay and apologize,  am off,

Claudia replied,

"Okay fine, am coming with you,

Rissa sighed and opened the car door, she joined and they zoom off,

Instantly they left, Mr. Brown appeared,

He looks at the burnt buggy with resentment in his eyes,

'Boss, they have eluded, but we discover this"I think it falls from their car,

His guards announced offering him a card that contains their location,

"Trace them down,  who so ever that did this will have to pay dearly,

Mr. Brown swore angrily and slam his foot hard on the ground.

"Rissa and Claudia returned home,

They met their parents at the seating room,

"Goodness you are back, I have been bothered sick thinking about you, why do you hang around this late outside?"

Mr Williams interrogated,

"Something happened dad, Rissa answered, 

"I wasn't talking to you, I don't care if you spend the night there, am talking about my daughter Claudia,

Mr. Williams said petting Claudia's hair,

"Dad, this stubborn girl got into an accident with us, we nearly died but thanks God, I am alive,

But the truck she crushed was holding up a lot of goods that were worth millions,

Claudia lied,

"You are such a big lier, Claudia, dad, please don't concede with what she is saying,

'Claudia was drunk and even after I warned her not to drive in that situation, she refused to agree, she got implicated in the accident not me, 

Rissa explained

"You are the lier, you did everything and you wanna blame it on me?

Dad, mum, did I look like someone drunk"?"

Claudia asked,

"Bastard child, I know you detested my daughter that's why you want the blame to be on her, you are too fragile for that,

Mrs Jenny asserted,

"Dad, please trust me, I know you are conscious I am not lieing, believe me, Claudia resulted in the accident,

Rissa said calmly hoping she can transform her dad's mind,

"Claudia or not, I don't care, I don't mind you getting put behind bars but my beloved daughter will not be held responsible for what will happen, and yes, no food for you today",

For trying to censure it on Claudia, you will suffer the consequences.

Mr Williams announced and vacated from the scene,

Claudia and her mum Grinned at Rissa,

Her stomach whimpered,

"I dint eat breakfast, nor lunch, now no dinner, in my own dad house?"

Rissa asked herself as she retired to her room,

"Why am I feeling like something bad with Happen tomorrow? she thought,

She slides her hand under her pillow and brings out a small paper image of her mum,

"Mum, I know you are aware of the miseries am going through,

Please can you visit dad, even if it's in a dream, and tell him I don't kill you? please mum, do this for me,

Rissa prayed with tears in her eyes and nuzzle the picture to sleep

THE BROWN ENTERPRISE

Clifford stared at the laptop having no idea about the files he is trying to work on,.his mind is so busy with a lot of things,

Getting married without having a bride, not even the bride issues but he is not ready to settle down,

With the crises, his parents are having,

His manager joined the office,

Clifford was so lost in thought, he didn't concede his presence, 

"Mr cliff, the MD called jotting him out of his thoughts

"MD, what brings you here?" Mr Clifford asked,

"I glimpsed something is wrong with you boss, you can share it with me, and together we can find a solution,

MD said

Clifford chuckled, "share a problem with someone like you?" you think I will stand that low telling my problems to someone like you,

Cliff shouted angrily,

"Am sorry, the manager apologize and turned to leave,

'Fine, I will share it with you, not because you worth to know it, but because I need a solution, so don't think you are doing me a kinds favor,

Clifford said

"Yes boss", the MD answered

"Mum and dad used to love each other, but at times goes on, they felt superfluous hatred for each other, I don't know why I don't know what to do,

'Dad imperiled that If I don't bring a bride ASAP then he will take away everything,

You know how influential and formidable dad is.

Clifford clamored,

The MD sighed

"I think you need to steady your brain, you might be lucky to have a good bride, and your marriage life must not be like your parent's own, so calm down and think,

The MD advised,

He left the office after discussing some papers,

Lora, Clifford's secretary entered his office with a dress that hardly surpass her tight, her boobs has been uncovered,

She walked seductively inside the office,

"Mr. Clifford, she called seductively caressing her hands on her boobs,

"What the hell are you doing here?"

Clifford shouted,

She walked to him rubbing his chest,

"C'mon boss, dint you like what you are seeing?"  is all yours,

Lora said,

She placed her lips on his kissing him, he lost his control and kissed her back,

She placed his hands on her boobs,

He squeeze it while she moaned,

She trilled her hands inside his chest rubbing it and removing his belt,
