ALESSA POV:

And again I woke up with the pain in my ribs. Last night was like the every other night of my life. I was always a person who used to dream big and have goals but it all vanished day by day when the abused increased. I really wish that I had a normal teenager life but it will only happen in my dreams.

I want to go out and have fun with friends. Have sleep overs. Have bestfriends and parents who love me but it won't happen.

I have twin sister who have a life full of fun and friends. She gets everything she wants as she is the favorite daughter of my mom and step dad . I really wonder why my parents hate me and love her unconditionally. 

I don't envy her but I feel bad. She doesn't know that I get abused and raped by my own family. Yes I get raped every night by my step father and my so called mother knows about it but didn't do anything about it.

Last night I got a lot of beating's from my mother and after that my stepdad raped me for the 100th time. Why can't I just have a happy life? 

I looked around my room and saw the photo frames on wall. I was so happy back then. There was picture where me and my twin sister 'Alexa' was kissing mom's cheek and she had her hands around our shoulder. She used to love me so much. I wonder where all the things went wrong? 

Then there was another picture where I was on the back on my step-dad and he was looking so happy.  I want my old family back. 

Well, let me introduce myself. My name is Alesa smith and Im 14 years old. I don't have a normal family or childhood like every other child and my life is fucked up. 

I came back from my thoughts and realized it was 6:00am now and I quickly got up from the bed and head inside to my washroom to have a shower. After having shower ,I cleaned my wounds and changed into a comfortable pairs of clothes 

After changing I did a light makeup to cover up my bruises on face and did my hair in a messy bun and went downstairs to the kitchen 

I made myself cereals and then Cooked breakfast for my parents and kept it on the dinning table and then left for school.  

My parents wasn't rich but wasn't poor either. My twin sister don't live with us she was sended to a private school for studies and I was here with them getting abused 

After 10 mins of walking I reached school and sighed before going inside. I kept my gaze down and walked inside the school building and I reached my locker. After reaching the locker I collected my books and left for my First Class which was history 

I went inside the classroom and sat on the 3rd bench of 2nd row and took out my books for the class. Soon teacher walked in and we all greeted her. She asked everyone for their homework and shit I forgot to bring my homework. I completed the homework and left my book on the study table at home. 

"Ms smith your homework?" teacher asked raising her eyebrow 

"I'm sorry Ms Williams but I forgot it at home." I said looking down and I knew what was coming next 

"Detention after school Ms Smith." she said and I nodded my head and sat down and she completed the lesson for today. 

After the history class I continued with all the lectures until it was lunch. 

He was smirking at me and said "Watch where you are going nerd." and his friends laughed at his statement 

"I'm sorry." I said getting up and he pushed me down again 

"You should be." one of his friends said and they all laughed again and then left 

After they left I continued with all the classes and now it was time for detention. I was happy I got detention at least I won't go home and get beaten but for sure I'll get some punishments after going home late. 

Soon the detention was over and now I left for going home back and it was almost dark and I saw some drunk men's coming towards me. I started waking fast and they were still behind me and I didn't realize when I started running and they were running behind me .i almost got caught by them when I threw a stone at them and ran inside a park and hide there .

After hiding there for almost which seem like 1 hour I got out and started walking towards home. I was almost about to reach home when I saw policemen around and some other neighbors surrounding the house. I slowly made my way there and I can't see what was happening there because all the people were tall then me. 

I pushed them and went inside to see policeman clicking pictures of my house. I made a way toward him and I was looking for my parents but I didn't found them and the policemen noticed me "Uhm, who are you?" he asked me 

"I stay here, sir." I replied nervously 

"Oh! So you are Alexa smith?" he asked 

"Uhm no, she is my sister and I'm Alessa smith." I replied "where are my parents sir?" I asked 

"Can you call your sister? I need to talk to both of you" he said 

"She don't  live her, she is at her dorm." I replied 

"Well then I think I should tell you then, but wait for a moment." he said and called a lady. Who was beautiful and had blue eyes and blond shoulder length hair. She was in her early 30's  

"Hello, I'm your's and Alexa's social worker." she said and gave me a slight smile 

"Social worker?" I asked confused what was going on 

"Yes, social worker" she said and took me to couch and sat beside me
