Crossing paths

On the way from the exhibition, in the car, Robin and Christina were sitting beside each other now. Christina was thinking about how Robin held onto her back then. She could not digest the fact that someone else can do this to him other than her. 

She was looking outside thinking that. Then Robin speaks up, '' I guess I won't go to the reunion after all. You can go in my stead,'' Robin says to her.'' And why should he go? He can't explain anything to them. 

'' Well, I can understand your reason. You have so much to deal with in your hands. How can you explain everything? Don't worry I will tell her about it she will be able to understand. Why are you being with her in the first place I can't understand,'' she murmurs enough so he won't hear.
