"She is charming, Bleddyn,"

"Hey, you've said this same thing at least eight hundred times already. Pay attention. In all the years I've known you, I have to be honest and say that I believe this is the most you've ever talked to me."

I sat silently in the car, staring at Freya in her new attire and rolling my eyes at my wolf's remarks. She had chosen another dress that she had fallen in love with, and the shade of lilac she had chosen suited her perfectly after the two pieces of garbage had been hauled out of the store.

The more I looked at her, the more I felt like I could drown in those chocolate-colored eyes, and what made it even more exciting was knowing that, as I had witnessed that day, they could change into a seductive, enigmatic purple when necessary.

"Why do you keep staring at me?"

"Because you truly are stunning. There was no way that even the moon goddess herself could measure up.

My admiration for Freya over
