LONELY AGAIN

Later in the afternoon, as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow throughout

my apartment, I found Kevin in the living room, his bags neatly packed and ready by the door. My heart

sank at the sight, and a sense of foreboding washed over me.

Kevin turned to face me, his eyes filled with a mixture of resolve and sadness. His words hung in the air,

heavy with the weight of the decision he had made. "Molly, I need to move out. I have to continue with

my life."

I felt a lump form in my throat as I tried to make sense of what he was saying. Panic and disbelief clawed

at me, and I blurted out, "Kevin, why? What's happened? We can work through anything together."

He sighed, his gaze never wavering from mine. "Molly, I've loved being here with you, but I've come to

realize something. My feelings for you have grown, and I'm not sure if you feel the same way."
