Rowan Hale
This is first time I saw Wrymwood Academy, I was staring at it through a cracked bus window, even though the trees were tall, very tall, I could still see the Gothic building of the school, and no matter how far I looked up I couldn't see the top of the Academy, it was covered by the clouds. Although I was admiring the beauty of the Academy, I couldn't look anymore because of the blood on the glass of the window, it wasn't mine, but it still made my stomach twist. I wanted to ask the driver about the blood, but i decided against it, the driver was odd, he didn’t say a word to me the entire ride he just kept his eyes on the road, even when i got into the bus and told him where i was going. One of his hands was on the wheel, and with the other hand he was holding a cigarette his hands were both shaking uncontrollably and his face was full of horror, just when the large iron gates of wyrmwood came into view, he hit the brakes hard almost throwing me off my seat, he was muttering something I didn't catch, so I just ignored him and stepped off the bus. I didn't have any suitcase or large bags, I only had my old school bag that was casually slung over one of my shoulders the bus drove off before I could take another step, I turned and faced the academy, wrymwood didn't look like an academy, it looked a palace, It had large stone towers and long vines on the walls, and all the windows were closed as if no one stays there. I swallowed hard, I didn't belong here, this school Is elite wolves, not a lowly human like me, that's why when I saw the invitation I didn't want to come, but I had no choice but to come. I knew one thing though....to survive here I had to keep my head down, and avoid any form of attention. I walked and stopped in front of the large iron gates, I didn't even have to try, I already knew I couldn't push open the gates, "your ID ma'am" a guard suddenly walked out of the walls and asked, I slowly removed my id from my bag and handed it to him. He took more than a 30 seconds studying it before he handed it back to me, he didn't say anything he just pushed a stone on one of the walls and the iron gates opened, revealing the beautiful building behind it. “Rowan Hale?” The woman at the front desk called my name like it was a curse, I nodded, suprisingly I was the only one standing in the reception. The woman barely looked at me while handing me a keycard and a folded paper “Omega wing room 3C, you are late orientation has already started” I didn’t bother explaining why i was late i just took the key and started climbing the huge stone steps in silence, i couldn't hope by admire the beautiful paintings on the wall, all the doors were locked, i stopped when i saw students standing in front of two large metallic doors. As if sensing my arrival, they all turned and looked at me, their gazes was piercing holes through my skull, their didn’t even bother to pretend they weren’t looking at me, one of the students turned and whispered “That’s her.” I took in a deep breath ignoring their whispers i kept walking until I located my room, I opened the door and I froze my room was the size of a box, it only had a twin bed, one dresser, and a window that was completely black.the only decoration in the room was a faded poster that was pinned to the wall, it was a old painting of a wolf howling at a red moon. The moment I saw the painting my heart skipped a beat, the eyes of the wolf in the painting looked too familiar,it felt like I knew the wolf, but that's impossible cause my entire life I have never seen a wolf. I entered the room and placed my bag on one of the beds, i opened the paper the receptionist gave me, it was a map and schedule of classes, i was hungry so i used the map and find my way to the dinning hall. I made it to the dining hall just as the line was thinning out, the smell of roasted meat hit me hard,I hadn’t eaten in almost two days, I took one of the trays that already had food on it and just when I was about to leave someone stepped in front of me. “You are in the wrong place" His voice came I looked up, regretting it immedietely i did. The man standing in front of me was tall and broad shouldered, he had dark hair that curled slightly at the ends, and his eyes were so pale they looked almost silver, his eyes were cold and dangerous, but also very Beautiful, Everyone moved from the trays and food and ran off to the back of the hall. His silver eyes were locked on me sending chills down my spine. “What’s your name?” he asked stepping closer. “Rowan.” I muttered “Last name?” “Hale,” I said shortly. Something dark flickered in his eyes, and he took another step forward “You don’t smell human,” he said slowly. “But you don’t smell wolf either.” I looked down because i couldn't continue looking into his eyes, there was something in them that made my entire body tremble “Maybe I’m neither" I said after the long silence “You should be careful then people who don’t belong here don’t last long here.” He turned and walked away without waiting for my response, and i just stood there, my heart pounding against my chest and every instinct in me screaming I should run and hide, and yet I felt a pull towards him. I walked to the back and found an empty table in the corner,I was trying to ignore the stares, but even with my head down, I could still feel all their eyes on me, I could still feel him watching me from across the room, and a part of me wanted him close. I don't know who he is, but for all those wolf students to run after seeing him, he is certainly danger, and I always stayed far away from danger.Scarlett Winters"Dad" I called my little feet freezing on the cold ice, I slowly looked up my vision not so clear but I could see the name on the back of the jersey, Winters that's my father, so why isn't he responding "Dad" I called again trying to walk to where he was standing, but no matter how hard I tried my legs couldn't move.I slowly looked down again and my feet were frozen on the ice "dad help" I whispered looking up immediately, but my father was walking away and he wasn't even looking in my direction "dad" I called as loud as I could, but eh still didn't look back."Dad please help" I cried my entire body beginning to freeze due to the cold, I wiped away my tears looking up at him again but he was gone, "dad" I called slowly looking around the stadium "Scarlett dear" my mom called, I quickly turned looking at her.She was on her knees crying on the ice "mom what's wrong?" I questioned "your father is home Scarlett, he left us forever" she whispered still crying hard, I sh
Malrik Alderfang After I came back from the Ebonpine forest I knew I had to find Rowan, cause she is the only one who can Explain all this, all of this started happening after she arrived at Wrymwood, students started being murdered then strange things started appearing, then I completely started losing control.Even that voice..that voice that I thought I have completely gotten rid of is back, then now a ghost cult group has appeared, a group that only existed during the reign of the rogue king, and now they are playing with me.Impersonating everyone, I would have tolerated all the others but not her... Not my mother, my hands were shaking uncontrollably when I entered the clinic, my vision blurring my wolf still tugging at me, my mind a complete chaos I should have stayed out there longer. But I couldn't, they keep coming after me they are toying around with me, and it looks like she is the only one who can help me bring an end to all this, I know she is the only one who can do th
Rowan Hale For a second it felt like the entire world went still, Headmaster Corwin seemed to have froze for a second, his expression changed from shock to surprise then to something I couldn't understand, he cleared his throat forcing a smile as he looked at me."Where did you hear that name Rowan?" He questioned his voice low as if he didn't want anyone to hear this, "someone asked me to ask the Alpha who Kael Draven was but I can't ask him that's why I decided to ask you" I explained, I couldn't tell him about the house the young girl took me too, that was the first place I heard that name."Who was the person that told you to ask him?" He questioned walking back to the chair he was seated on a while ago "I don't know the person I couldn't see his face, but I met him in the Ebonpine forest when I....." I stopped midway contemplating whether I should tell him what happened to Malrik or I shouldn't."The Ebonpine forest?" He questioned looking lost in thoughts, I nodded looking at h
Malrik Alderfang I pushed the door to my room open and slammed it shut immediately I entered, she said the story would help me solve the mystery why did she stop Midway and ask me to come find her tomorrow if I want to hear the full story? There is something about that story that made me feel uneasy, my hands were shaking as I walked to the door of my underground room, I pushed the drawer aside before I slowly opened the door, I descended the stairs angrily my vision starting to blur.Immediately I was inside the room I started walking towards the direction of the back door leading to the Ebonpine forest, I need to run I need to clear my mind I need to focus, why does that story make me feel this way, why do I feel like it's related to me?My heart was banging against my chest as I opened the door and stepped into the forest my wolf tugged at me eager to be released but not yet... I closed the door before I turned and started walking deeper into the forest, the memories of how I was
Rowan HaleI thought Micah and his stepmother were closed and they treated each other like real mother and son but it looks like I was wrong, cause when she walked in from how they looked at each other it was quite obvious they didn't have a good relationship. They were all looking at each other with fake smiles and they were obviously trying hard not to snap, although Micah's stepmother treated me nicely it was quite obvious she is far from nice, she even looks like an evil stepmother from a fairytale."Are you hungry?" Micah asked looking at me with a smile on his face, I slowly shook my head looking down at my hands "thanks" I whispered remembering I didn't thank him for the food he brought me last time "why are you thanking me Rowan?" He questioned frowning a bit."For the food you brought me last time and left it in front of the door" I stated looking at him with a genuine grateful smile, Micah raised his brows before he shook his head "I didn't bring you any food last time... I
Malrik Alderfang Ra'avata... I need to find Ra'avata, according to the students she took Rowan and left even if it was someone from the ghost cult group who impersonated her where is the real Ra'avata I am sure she was the one at the competition, did she leave before the fake one appeared?I am currently in the south Wing searching each and every room and office, and I won't stop searching until I find her, only she can explain all this, I don't think she is in this together with the ghost cult group... She won't join Forces with them, I know Ra'avata she might be cunning, heartless and cruel but she also never joined forces with any other creatures apart from wolves.I stopped walking when I saw I was in front of Corwin's office, I was about to walk pass the office when I heard her voice, without a knock I quickly opened the door and pushed it open, the first thing my eyes landed on was her before I slowly scanned the room looking for who she was speaking too but no one was in here
