Beautiful Voice

“I need the top twenty warriors in the Alpha’s office now”, commanded Loralei.

Jack and Trent looked proudly at their mate as she took charge.

“Yes, Alpha”, the warriors filled the office within three minutes.

“We found the location Aria is being kept prisoner at. Ava will open a portal for us to get in and rescue her. Our mission is to find Aria, kill everybody else on sight. If Charlie is found, try to capture him but if he makes a run for it, kill him. Do I make myself clear?”, she asked.

“Yes Alpha”, they all said in unison and looked at The Alpha King’s.

“Don't look at us, your Alpha has already given you her commands!”, Xander and Xavier roared at the same time.

“Yes Alpha’s”, they said at the same time.

“Trent you’ll stay here, you’re to involved in this”, he nodded in understanding.

“Theo, you’ll also be stay behind”, he nodded.

“Daddy, you too”, she pointed to Xander who looked amused but nodded his head.

Lee barged into the room, “I’m coming”, he said.

“Yes, you are”, Loralei said.

“Moms, other dad, Ava, Shane, Jared, Ares, and the warriors, we leave now”, she commanded.

Ava opened the portal to the unknown and everyone went in.

The portal led the team into the woods behind a two story house. Ava didn’t want to attract to much attention if they got any closer.

“Split into three groups, Ava, Jared and mom, find the basement. As soon as you find Aria go straight home”, Loralei said looking at Selene.

“Ares, take ten warriors and go in the opposite direction that I and the other warriors go in”, she commanded.

“It’s to quiet, keep your eyes peeled”, with the wave of her hand Ava opened the door and everyone split up.

Aria POV

I slowly began to wake up, my head was pounding with the worst headache of my life.

“Jewel”, I tried calling to my lycan.

“Jewel, where are we?”, I asked as my eyes adjusted to the dark room I was in.

I took a deep breath, trying to figure out where I was and why I couldn’t feel my lycan. After a few seconds it became clear that I was in a dirty cell. After a minute the memories of what happened came back to me.

“Shit!”, I whispered yelled.

Charlie and the whore of Babylon kidnapped me when we were shopping. I touched the cell bars, they were silver. Silver doesn't affect me since I’m a hybrid. Without being able to borrow my lycan’s strength there was no way I would be able to pull these bars apart. Whatever I was drugged with made me weak and dizzy, dammit.

I tried to mind link my brother but it only made my head hurt more, if that were possible. I looked around the small cell for anything I could use as a weapon. There was only a dirty cot on the floor and a metal bucket to do my business in.

I smirked and walked over to the bucket, fortunately their was clean water in it. After smelling it to make sure it was’t laced with anything I took several gulps.

Tossing the rest out, I sat on the floor facing the damn bucket trying to concentrate. My head hurt so bad and I knew the drugs were still in my system.

“Dammit, how long have I been here?”, I said to myself.

I took a deep breath and concentrated on the metal in front of me. Using my gift of Ferrokinesis, I began trying to turn the bucket into a sword. I was able to manipulate all metal, but I was still weak.

An idea came to me, I took off the metal handle and concentrated on making a small scalpel. After what felt like forever, I used whatever energy I had left and it worked. I smiled in triumph, it’s the small wins.

I went  and laid on the cot to get some of my energy back, I’ll kill whoever crosses my path, I’m getting out of here one way or another.

I tucked the scalpel into my boot and closed my eyes and drifted off. I don't know how much time passed but I woke up when I heard footsteps. I pretended to be asleep, hoping whoever it was would just leave me alone.

“Dinner is served”, a sarcastic mans voice said as he threw a piece of bread at my head. Ouch, the bread was hard as rock, time to act scared.

“Where am I?”, I asked shakily.

“Well, you’re in Kansas sweet heart”, I internally rolled my eyes.

“Please, why am I here?”, I tried again.

“Well that I can answer, you’re just leverage sweet cheeks. We need the princess to come for you”, he said as if it were obvious.

“Princess?” I asked.

“The Alpha Princess”, he said with not much interest.

Instantly I was pissed, they wanted my best friend, like hell was I going to let this filthy rogue get anywhere near Loralei.

“What is it you want? My parents can pay you whatever it is”, I tried bargaining.

My father always taught us to keep them talking, try to get as much information as you can. Stay observant, pretend to be weak, plan your escape, and kill everyone in your way.

“I don't want your money but maybe you can persuade me”, he winked.

I felt like throwing up, fucking disgusting rogue. I’d slice my own neck before he had the chance to rape me. I instinctively pulled my legs closer to my chest, the creep just laughed at me. I sniffed the air,  he’s low ranking, I could take him if he tried to come near me.

After a few minutes of staring at me he left, thank the goddess. I tried to mind link my brother again, I knew without a doubt my pack was searching for me. I just had to wait and bid my time, I sighed and laid my head back down.

Sirus POV

I left my third in command Brad, guarding the gamma girl while I check on my pack and pod members. I kept my house separate from the pack house. I hopped onto an ATV and headed to the other side of the property. When I walked in I ordered Steven to gather everyone. Once everyone was outside, I began talking about the new plans we have.

“Good evening everyone, I have a few announcements to make. Firstly, we’ll be training twice a day, three hours per session. We have to prepare for our attack on Silver Moon in two months time. We’ll take what’s ours, we’ll make them regret ever killing my father and treating us like scum. And in the process we’ll kill them all, keep their land and women, and live like royalty”, he roared.

The crowd erupted into cheers and applaud. ‘Secondly, soon enough you’ll have your Luna, she’ll be joining us very soon”, the crowd went wild.

“That is all”, he left to go back to his house.

Steven held up his hand, motioning to Sirus that there were people in his home. He nodded and motioned for the brothers to follow him. They slowly walked into the house only to realize that they were completely ambushed and outnumbered. Ares and Steven began trading blows at one another.

Ares fought in his human form, Steven was no match for him. He spoke into Stevens mind, using his gift of mind control. “Kill yourself”, he said.

Everyones gasped as he pulled a knife out of his pocket and slit his own throat. “No”, Charlie screamed, as he watched helplessly.

Charlie was fighting two warriors, he was the number one warrior and knew how Silver Moon fought. He knocked them unconscious, he didn't want to kill them.

“We must go”, Sirus yelled as he grabbed Charlie and teleported to the pack house. Alerting his pack and pod that they were under attack, they followed protocol and left to their second location.

Sirus couldn't understand how they found him and how they were able to break the shielding spell. “Fuck”, he yelled. He knew his sister was caught and if she wasn't dead yet, she will be soon.

Aria POV

I knew that the commotion I was hearing above me was because my pack found me. The creeper ran downstairs and unlocked the cell door. “Come here bitch”, he tried grabbing me. Not a chance in hell buddy, I quickly dodged his attack and we began fighting.

He was quicker than I anticipated, he kicked me in the chest and I flew to the other side of the cell. Fuck that hurt, but I quickly got back up and took a defensive position. I waited for him to approach me and when he did I quickly pulled out the scalpel and sliced his face open.

The look of surprise on his face was priceless, I leaped into the air and wrapped my legs around his neck. I dropped him onto the floor, my legs crushing his throat and without hesitation I sliced open his jugular.

I laid on the floor exhausted, still weak from whatever was in my system when I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. “Aria?”, the most beautiful voice I’ve ever heard called out.

“In here Ava”, I stayed laying on the floor, panting might I add.

She walked over with Ares and the Luna, “Don’t worry, he’s dead”, I panted out before passing out.

Ares carried Aria and everyone was teleported back to Silver Moon, but what they weren’t expecting was to see their pack under attack. And by the looks of it, they were being attacked by vampires.
