Queen Father

At The Castle

“Ava and I are with Loralei, she’s sleeping and exhausted. The mystery woman is an old friend, we’ll explain later. Ava and I will be taking her back to Silver Moon now, she’ll open a portal to send half the warriors that are with us to your location, Xavier. I will teleport the other half with us back to Silver Moon. Doctor Genesis is waiting for us, be careful and kill every last one of those bastards”, Cora sonar linked her family.

Selene and Nahla let the tears they held in finally fall, their little girl was safe. That was all that mattered and all the trauma that she’s endured, they’ll work through it together. Xavier was finally able to breath, his daughter was safe. Now he felt a surge of anger running through him and a need to avenge his daughter and family, Kane was ready for blood.

Adonis and Ares were relieved and happy that their sister is safe, now it was time to kill the blood suckers.

Jack and Trent felt the weight of missing their mate lift off their shoulders, she’s safe and right now they had one thing on their mind. Make everyone in this damn castle pay, they promised to leave no one alive. They couldn't wait to see their love, their sweet Loralei, oh how they’ve missed her. They couldn't wait to be reunited with her in a few hours.

Cora teleported the three of them out of the cave, Xander quickly walked over to look at his daughter. Seeing all the bruises that covered her body broke his heart, he kissed her forehead with such gentleness and nodded to Ava.

Ava opened a portal, half their warriors and Alpha Xander appeared where Xavier and the team were waiting to attack the castle. Cora had teleported with the other pack members, Ava, Farrah, and Loralei back to Silver Moon. Loralei was still asleep, one of the warriors carried her to the pack hospital where the doctors were waiting for her.

The castle is going to be attacked from all four sides, everyone took there positions.

“Remember, let no one live!”, Xander roared through the mind link at everyone.

“According to Commander Mila Stanford, they’re a coven of about five hundred strong. When their leader Marcelo is caught, your Luna Selene will be teleporting with him to the dungeons of Silver Moon. Let us kill every single one of these bastards. For Loralei!”, Xavier  growled.

“For Loralei”, everyone repeated into the mind link.

“Attack!”, Adonis and Ares commanded. And with that all hell broke loose.

From the tunnels Ares and Adonis led their team into the castle. They followed Loralei’s scent and it led them to the first floor. The vampires that were there were shocked, they hadn’t even realized that they were under attack. Before they could alert anyone, Ares raised his hand and formed a shield. The fight would not be heard by anyone other than them.

It was a quick fight, only about fifty coven members. Adonis shot several fireballs, turning the vampires into ash. Mila was fighting a vampire when another one jumped into the air, leaping at her. Using his telekinesis Adonis stopped him mid air and using his shadows gift, he sent one towards the vampire. The shadow decapitated it with its shadow blade, turning him into ashes.

Jack had shifted and Marlo had a female vampire in his mouth. Marlo was so angry that he tore her limb from limb before clawing her heart out.

It only took about five minutes and the first floor was cleared.

“Spread out”, Mila told her team.

They nodded and took off. The first floor of the castle is huge, “I want thirty warriors to spread out, check every damn corner and kill anyone you come in contact with. The rest follow me”, Adonis led his team down the corridor and up the stairs.

Xavier led his team to the the second floor, there were two separate wings on this level.

“Your Luna will lead half of you to the opposite wing”, Xavier commanded, he looked at Nahla who nodded and took off with her team.

Nahla’s team encountered about sixty vampires, it looked like this side of the floor was a break room and resting area. The vampires froze not knowing what to do, before they had time to react the team began killing them.

Using her speed Nahla ran towards a female vampire grabbing her by the neck, her hand lit on fire. The fire tore through the skin of the vampires neck, Nahla ripped her head off turning her to ash.

They did a final sweep, “I need fifteen of you to stay here, if anyone shows up, well you know what to do”, and with that she led the warriors down to the other side of the wing.

Xavier and his team were fighting about forty vampires, when about another forty came out of nowhere. “They know we’re here, stay focused”, Xavier mind linked his warriors.

Xavier was fighting three vampires when Nahla appeared, using her psychokinesis, Nahla incapacitated two of them and lit them on fire. Xavier looked at his mate and winked.

A vampire had a young female warrior pinned, he was about to bite into her neck, Xavier leaped into the air and with such precision let Kade’s claws come out ripping his heart out from its back. After about ten minutes they cleared the remaining second floor.

Alpha Axel had flown to the very top floor in his dragon form with half his warriors before swopping back down to bring up the rest of them. The top floor was one massive room, “These sick bastards, don’t kill the humans”, he commanded his team.

There were at least sixty beds set up, the humans were being used as their source of food.

The warriors began killing the vampires off quickly, there were over seventy of them on this floor. The humans were to confused to even realize what was happening.

Alpha Axel took on two vampires in his human form, letting his fangs appear he ripped one of their heads off clean and with his claws he gutted the other like a fish.

Trent was helping two young human girls get to safety when a vampire appeared in front of him. The vampire backhanded him so hard he flew across the room. He shifted into Magnus midair who growled loudly, he ran towards the blood sucker and pounced on him. Using both his claws he decapitated him while ripping its soul less heart out.

The vampires were all taken care of and Axel ordered a merman who has the ability of compulsion to wipe the memories of the humans. He then ordered a mermaid to teleport them to the nearest human town and then to go back to Silver Moon. She’ll be too tired to continue to fight with them after teleporting such large distances.

They exited the top floor and went down to the fourth. Two more floors to clear and at least half of the vampires are dead.

Selene went searching for Marcelo as soon as she entered the castle, with Shane following close behind. They’re now on the third floor where Xander and his team were fighting about a hundred vampires. Using her telepathy Selene was able to locate Marcelo, he was trying to run away from the fight.

“That fucking coward”, Selene said to herself.

She grabbed Shane’s arm and teleported right in front of him. Using her electrokinesis she electrocuted him, “You will pay for what you’ve done to my daughter”, she whispered into his ear.

Using her mentalist gift she began causing him excruciating pain, Lord Marcelo fell to the floor screaming in agony. Shane was fighting the vampires trying to get to their Lord, he was so focused that he didn’t realize that two vampires were closing in on Selene.

A vampire grabbed Selene by the neck while the other raised her hand to stab her.

Everything happened so quickly, she didn't realize her father Glan jumped in front of her, shielding his daughter. Selene killed the vampire that held her by the neck quickly with her own knife.

“No, no, no!”, she screamed over and over.

Her father laid lifeless, the knife protruding from his heart. She tried healing him but it was no use, Selene began screaming in agony and pain. She just lost her father, the man who loved her and her sister with all his heart. He just gave his life for his daughter without any hesitation.

She stood up, blinded by rage and pain, raising her hands using her geokinesis, she began pulling the castle stones to crush her enemies. In doing this the castle was going to fall apart and collapse if her mates don't stop her.

Selene was devastated and wanted all of them dead. Xander ran to his mate, “Baby your going to kill us all, please stop my love”, Selene looked at her mate and fell into his arms and began sobbing.

“It’s my fault dad is dead”, she cried into his chest.

Xander mind linked Jack who teleported to them, looking at the chaos around him he saw Glan dead and Marcelo being restrained by a witch. “Take Selene home now!”, he ordered.

“Yes Alpha”, he grabbed his Luna and teleported back to the pack.

“Ares I need you now!”, he ordered his son, who was there in an instant.

His eyes wide as he looked at his grandfather’s lifeless body. “Take that bastard Marcelo into the dungeons, have him restrained”, he ordered.

“Yes Alpha”, Ares grabbed the man responsible for everything that was happening, anger pulsating through him.

Using his gift of mind control he began mentally torturing Lord Marcelo. He grabbed him by the neck and teleported to the dungeons in Silver Moon. He mind linked his brother Lennox who stood behind to look after the pack. Together they knocked Marcelo out and chained him.

“Adonis, open a portal and send all the injured warriors back to Silver Moon along with an additional hundred. We’re almost done here if my count is right”, Xander commanded.

Adonis was leading his team to the final floor, the hallway was big enough to open a portal. He sent back the injured warriors with the additional warriors as he was told, about half their men and women were sent back.

“I need thirty warriors to surround the castle, make sure no one gets the chance to escape. I need fifty warriors to search this damn castle, do another sweep in case we missed anybody. Everyone else, let’s finish this”, Xavier commander.

“Yes Alpha”, and the fourth and final floor was next to be exterminated.

With nearly two hundred warriors, they were just about even for the vampires that were left. Everyone was ready to fight but the halls were empty, Nahla stepped forward.

Using her X-Ray vision she saw where they were hiding, in a secret room. She began walking, everyone following her hyper aware of their surroundings. Nahla walked into a huge room, a game room of sorts. Walking to a shelf that held many board games she found what she was looking for, a small button that opened up to the secret room.

A young female witch stepped up to the Alpha’s and Luna, she bowed her head in respect. “I have the ability to feel others emotions, the group that are in this hidden room are scared and frightened. I believe that the children and young ones are in this room”, she explains quickly.

They nodded in understanding. “We only need ten warriors to follow us in. We’ll mind link you if we need you”, Xander stated.

He walked into the room with Nahla and Mila, the warriors following behind.

When they walked into the hidden room, it was indeed a safe room. There were nearly two hundred young ones and about twenty women watching over them. They looked terrified and Alpha Xander knew he couldn't bring harm to them. They were innocent in all of this chaos, he looked to Mila who nodded.

“Contact the Vampire Council and let them handle it”, he told her.

“Yes my King”, she bowed her head in respect.

“I’ll be taking the rest of my pack home now, I’ll have your father stay with you until the situation is figured out”, he looked at the children one more time before walking out.

Mila was going to make sure that were taken care of.

“Alpha Axel, thank you for all your help, we’ll be in contact soon. In the meantime please help Mila here until the Vampire Council sends someone. I’ll leave one hundred warriors and a warlock who can open a portal for you all to return home”, Xander explained.

“As you wish my King”, he bowed his head.

Adonis opened a portal with a few of the witches, everyone happy that the mission was successful and their princess was rescued. Now they have to bury their brave warriors and beloved Queen Father, Glan.

Upon arriving back, everyone was sent home to rest. The two days that they had been gone, left everyone exhausted since no one actually rested, never mind slept.

Xander, Xavier, and Nahla were walking home, Cora was waiting for them. “Please tell me it isn't so, please tell me Glan is with you?”, she asked crying.

Nahla didn't know her father died protecting her sister, she assumed he teleported home with Selene.

“What’s going on?”, her voice shook, knowing deep down inside what was about to be told.
