Yash was sitting on the floor of his room, curled up in Shyara’s clothes above him; Sherlin opened the door and found the room lit up. She walked inside only to find Yash sitting on the floor once again.

She kept the tray of meal on the coffee table as she walked towards him; “ Yash,” She took off her heels and sat beside him, still creating a distance between them.

Yash opened his eyes to see Sherlin sitting next to him.

“Hi,” She send him a small smile but he was not in the mood to smile. “Hi,” His voice was drowning in pain as he looked at her.

“You have not eaten from last night,” Sherlin whispered; it was quiet, too quiet in his room that she felt like talking in the normal pitch will hurt her ears so she chose to whisper.

“I am not hungry,” he said as he looked at Shayra’s portrait on the wall, he made it himself.

“Yash—“

She was trying to speak to him but he was not ready to be out in front to anyone; her efforts of getting him into therapy went in vain as he
