"Why the hell didn't you tell me a thing?" asked Ethan as he dropped the utensils on the table.

Yohan shrugged. "Well, clearly because you weren't interested in everything that I say. Earlier, I was about to say it, but you said you are not interested and just keep it to myself."

"You!" said Ethan. He wanted to protest more but what Yohan had said was somewhat true. It's his fault for not paying attention and for not giving any care to the apartment. "When did we have a function hall?

"We got it constructed last time."

Ethan looked so puzzled. "Wait. How? I mean, why? And why was it so fast?"

"I have observed other competitors see what areas we are lacking, and to what areas will give us an advantage. I have already added a pool area, and a function hall, and a bar too."
