Chapter 50

"Is this the place?"

Kianna asked as her eyes were covered with cloth. Drake asks her permission to blindfold her so she won't see his surprise. While gently guiding her on where she should step or not, Drake tried his best to not make Kianna slip on the floor.

''Yes, but you have to walk a little further. ''

Kianna can't help but complain. She's been hearing those words, such as 'a little more' or 'almost there', but they still haven't reached their destination yet.

''Drake. We aren't lost. Are we? ''

She heard a chuckle in response.

''Of course not. I promise we are near our destination.''

''But you've been saying the same thing since then. How am I supposed to believe you now? ''

They stopped their walk, and a smile can be seen on his face.

''Are we stopping here? ''

''Yes, are you ready? ''

He asked, which made Kianna smile in excitement.

''Bring it on.''

Her eye fold was removed, and so the music started.
