Chapter 63

We are now going into the hospital. Drake didn’t have the chance to go with me. He wanted to pay a visit about Exequiel's condition but there are urgent matters in his work that he has to attend to.

“It is fine. Do not worry about me.” I give him a kiss on his cheek and tap it. He caresses my face in response.

Without any further ado, I rush inside my car as Drake wears his helmet. I beep for the last time after I finally open the engines of my car. He does the same with his motorcycle.

Rushing to make our way out of my family’s residence, I can see him driving his vehicle right beside mine. I smiled and took a deep breath.
