Guilt
In the large common area of the so called pack house. The wolves are partying, playing pool and ping pong. Some are on arcade machines, whilst others drink and chat on sofas. Laughter and chatter fill the room. The atmosphere is happy and warm. They are like a big family.
They certainly squabble like family, a couple of fights have had to be stopped. Vampires love a party too but I will admit, they are serious creatures. Politics and paperwork can be their party.
"The witch queen has agreed to join us. Reluctantly but still agreed. It seems the witch king is still infatuated by you. He's been sent on an envoy errand to keep him out of the way. The witch queen awaits your word". I nod at Janice "Thank you, any news on the boys?"
