Chapter 8: The Lycan finally arrive in the City of Apollo
"Shaun!!! No! Stop!" I heard Loki screaming my name from a distance.
He sounds so desperate as if he is pleading me. But the thirst that I am feeling right now can't easily be thrown away. Right in this moment, I want to feast on the person in front of me regardless of who they are. I just want to satisfy this thirst. I just want to feed whatever monster is inside of me.
What can I do? It's not like I want this to happen. It's not like I want to be like this. I was born with this curse, with no options but to fill this unimaginable hunger. The only mistake that I did, is that I gave in to temptations.
I knew I had to breath. I know it. But something in my abdomen keeps on disturbing me. The hunger that I am feeling keeps on pulling me, forcing me to let go of my sanity.
