When I arrived at my apartment, I called Eva.

“Are my dresses ready?” I asked her.

“Yes, they are, and I was just about to call you,” Eva answered, much to my relief. “Do I bring them to your office?” She asked me.

“No, not there,” I quickly responded.

“Oh, would you rather pick them up yourself?” Eva asked.

“No, I don’t think I want to do that either,” I answered. “Would you be able to bring them to my apartment?” I asked her.

“Most definitely, Miss Alexa,” she said.

Eva was always so eager and ready to please, and this was all because of my status in the city. She wanted to get close enough, and I didn’t worry about it anyway. She was a businesswoman, and now, I understood that sometimes, acting like that was necessary.
