The two puzzle pieces

Author's POV:

A loud thud was reverberated breaking through the not quite yet calm atmosphere which the sea tide has created. The waves were not as rough as day time but the sound of the waves crashing was not as quiet as expected yet it could bring some peacefulness to the puzzling mind of Grusha. She leaned onto the railing as the sea wind blew her messy hair out of her face making her pale complexion shine even brighter under the moonlight. The sound of sand crashing was heard and she didn't need to look to know who it is since it is obviously the person who drove this far just to come to this place that also at a time like this. Someone would have thought he is insane but Grusha didn’t since she also agreed that if she were him she would also drive any far just to feel this peacefulness.

Everything was drowned in a deep darkness to the point she could not see the sea and the sky separately. Moon being the only source of the light helped them to see their surroundings to some exten
