CHAPTER 4

(Kenzo's POV)

During our lunch break, I saw my phone ringing and see Eliza's name on it.

"One moment dude I got to take this call." I said to Riley. He just nod his head then I answered the phone.

"Kenzo!"

"Hi! What's up?" I ask.

"Why not let's meet at the park instead. I'll be there by 3 pm."

"Ah, yeah, sure." I replied.

"See yah!" Then she hang up the phone.

"What's wrong dude?" Riley asked. 

"Nothing." I smiled. Then we continue to eat. I've been thinking on where to bring her this time. I almost forgot that I need to prepare for tomorrow since I will be transferring to a new apartment. How should I tell her this.

Later that afternoon, I went to the park to meet her. I picked up some flowers along the way earlier to give it to her as a present. I suddenly stop walking when I saw her standing beside the food stall. "She must be hungry waiting for me." 

She is wearing a dress, and she looks so beautiful. I continue to walk towards her and give this flowers that I picked up earlier.

"Thank you." She said while sniffing it.

"Did I- did I made you wait?" I ask nervously.

"No, I just got here. So where shall we go.?" 

"Well, why not let's start right there." I said as pointing out the road going to the lake. I know we've been here for couple of times but, why not?.

"Sure let's go."

While walking we start having a little conversation about our school and also our lives.

"So you went to a university to study dress making right?"I asked.

"Yup." She replied.

"So you must be very good at sewing or at designing clothes! Wait! Can you make me one please!" Then she laughed.

"Okay I will, since you've got that sad bubu face ahahahahah!"

"Fine." Then we continue to walk.

"Kenzo, I have one favor to ask from you."

"Go on, and make sure you got that same sad bubu face ahahaha !"

"No" then she suddenly stops walking.

"Can you paint me when time has come?".

"Wai- wait what?! What do you mean time has come?" I asked.

But then she smiled at me and said." Just don't worry about it." Then we continue to walk. 

Is she hiding something from me? Why all of a sudden there's this confusion built on my mind. Anyway I don't want to ruin this date so I just get over it. 

"Eliza, tomorrow I will be moving to a new apartment, this time it will be near at Riley's place, I hope you can join us. He will be helping me move my things."

"Oh sure! Why not? Besides it will be fun helping you." She said.

"Look there's a tree over there! Why not let's try to take a rest for a while." I said. She looks at the direction I'm pointing out then she agreed.

We run towards the big oak tree. "It's so beautiful." She said.

"Here, good thing I brought this." While fixing the matt where we can sit. After that, we continue to rest.

"It's so calm." She said while looking at the lake.

"Why not let's go back here some other time. You can bring your art materials to paint, since the view here is beautiful." She suggested.

"Well I love that idea of you. Indeed this place is so beautiful. Wait hold on." Then I grabbed my phone and decided to take a selfie with her.

"Make sure to smile." I said.

After taking a selfie, we look at the picture and laugh at our faces. Then we take another one. We were having fun when all of the sudden she starts crying again.

"Hey! Are you okay? Did I - I mean it is too much I can delete it."

"No, it's just that I'm so happy to be with you right now." She replied.

Then I wiped out her tears again. Damn! She's really a cry baby I must say. But it's her first time to be in a relationship and it's my first time too. 

I won't forget this day, "From now on it will be our meeting place" I said then I hug her. Then I saw her smiling again. 

"Wait ! Before I forgot I brought something with me earlier." She said then she grabbed a box from her back pack. When she opens it, I smell a delicious food. 

"Is that- a-"

"Yup. I bought this earlier." 

Then she handled me one piece of burger. That's why she is at that food stall earlier. 

"You really prepared for this." I said.

"Yup, I figure out while walking through this place earlier, that there are  a few food stalls in here. And it will be hard for us to buy one if incase we walk far and get hungry."

"Genius!" That's all I can say to her. Now, there's no need for us to worry staying here for a couple of hours. 

We finish eating the food and we decided to lay down for a while. Then all of the sudden she fell asleep in my arms. I make sure that she will be comfortable. She is so beautiful even when asleep. Right now I still can't believe that she is my girlfriend. 

It's been 2 hrs since she fell asleep. And it looks like it's going to rain so I wake her up. 

"Liza, wake up, let's pack our things and go. Looks like it is going to rain."

She quickly get up from laying down, then we grab our things and go. I am not mistaken the clouds are getting darker now. I hold her hand them we start to run and look for the nearest shed.

"How? I thought it's not going to rain today." She said.

"I thought so earlier."I replied.

Then the rain began to fall. We haven't found any shed to stay so we run through it. Well instead of getting mad because of the weather, we just decided to have fun while getting wet. All we hear is just our laughter while playing under the pouring rain. 

Evening came and the rain stops already, our clothes were saggy but atleast we made the best memories of our lives. 

"Look at you! Will you be alright?" I asked.

"Yes ofcourse I mean the train wouldn't mind if I walk in wet ahahaha ."She replied happily. 

"Let's just get away in here, I'll walk you home."

Then we walk through the nearest train station we sat down at the bench and while waiting I take out one of my scarf and I wrap it around her. 

"That way you won't get cold."

"Thank you." She smiled.

Then the train comes already and she get inside. The door closes and she waived good bye. Another core memory for me. I won't forget this day. But I am so excited for tomorrow's moving out. I hope she could come. Well I hope she doesn't get sick.

I head back home to my apartment and get a quick hot shower.
