After the doctors had examined and restitched my wound, I spent the night in my bed twirling around and thinking about all that had happened during the day, it was night time already but I just couldn't get myself to fall asleep no matter how hard I tried.

My mind kept drifting back to Selena and what had happened in the pool, how repulsively she had looked at me alongside her mother, I needed to do something about all of this at once.

If they could kill her sister, then she wasn't safe and her mother also wasn't safe, I needed to protect them and keep them safe and alive, I couldn't just sit down and watch any danger come before them.
