Chapter 7 SHE'S MINE

"Did you miss me that much?"

Kyle joked as he occupied the empty barstool beside Ash upon his arrival at Monroe's Bar. His playful gaze roamed around and halted somewhere on the full-jammed dance floor.

"Cut the crap, Kyle." She warned in a playful tone after consuming the content of her glass. "We don't have much time earlier to discuss something about the orphanage..."

"You wanna go there and have a look?!" He asked loudly.

She neither nodded nor shook her head and Kyle knows why. However, its been years had passed since she left and since then she never returned, not until now.
