Chapter 55

Grayson POV

I wake up and feel cramped. I sit up and the sigh made me smile. My mother and the twins fell asleep on the bed with me.

I get up as slowly and as quietly as possible. I do not want to wake them. I sneak out of my room and I couldn't help but snicker. 

I walk down into the workout room. My father is already there lifting some weight. I walk to the weight stand next to my father.

"Morning son. Should you be lifting weights now? You just got released yesterday."

"I feel great dad. I need to get my body back into shape. I need to get back out there."

"I understand that, but you need to look after yourself."

"Thank you, dad. I will not push my body too far."

My father and I move onto the treadmill. I start on a low setting. I run until my muscles start screaming. I get off and wait for my father to finish.
