Chapter 59
Grayson POV
I wake up early. I have an early meeting with the presidents of the various cities in Italy, but first I need to check on Ansiel. I am going to need him and my wings in this meeting. Humans have started to idolize angels. They believe we are direct decedents from who they call God. In many cases they are right, but the God they speak of is the moon goddess.
We believe in the same person there is just a difference in how we perceive Them. The humans I encountered the previous day took well to my angel wings so I want to take advantage of that.
I look at my hands and see that they are completely healed. This is a good sign. I retreat inside my mind.
I wake up inside the house that Ernouf made. I walk into the room where Ansiel was the day before. I walk closer and see Ansiel is casually laying on the bed.

Grayson POv.I wake up and the hostel room is silent. I try to listen in closely, but there is no sound in the space. I get up and walk out of the room. It is completely empty. Grayson POVIt's been a week since I made the horrible mistake of drinking too much. We have since not gone out drinking again. I did make an appearance at every pub in the vicinity with live music. I have had no luck.During the day, I sat down and did my assignments, and learned for the exams. This week I decided that I was going to sightsee before the exams. I mean,what is the use of visiting a country without seeing anything?I am on my way to the Brandenburg gate. I was told that it symbolizes the separation between East and West Berlin. It was heavily damaged in world war 2 but has since been restored.I get out of the cab and walk towards the gate. There are 5 walkways and 6 columns that separate them. It has a sandstone color. The middle column is wider than the rest.On top of the bridge is a statue of the goddess of victory driving a chariot pulled by four horses. She is supposed to symbolize peace and was only added later.N
