KAI’S POV

Grandfather’s words were still hanging in the air.

“She will guide you.”

Guide me? I almost laughed again, but I didn’t. Why will she guide me?

I was looking at Adrian, I wanted to see his reaction.

And there it was, he seemed restless about it. Since he never appreciates her worth– losing her now I wonder how he will rise again in the company. A useless and empty barrel!!

It was funny the way his jaw tightened.

The way his eyes flicked to her… t

KAI’S POVI smiled against her shoulder. This was going to be fun. She screamed. “Let go!!!” He knocked aggressively. “Who is fucking there with you?”“Why did you defend me?” I murmured, low… almost against her skin. Her fingers tightened slightly against the seat.“I didn’t…” she started.“You did,” My voice dropped. “Don’t lie.”“Alessa, open the door right now.” Adrian kept banging the door.My hand moved before I could stop it hovering near her waist. Not touching her, Just there. She turned her face toward me, and for a second… We were too close. Dangerously close.I licked her ear lobe, sending shivers down her spine.“Move away, Kai.” Her voice wasn’t loud. But it wasn’t soft either. It was controlled.I leaned in just a fraction more, my forehead almost brushing hers.“Answer me first.” Her breath hitched, just slightly. But I caught it. And that was enough to ruin whatever self-control I had left.Adrian Knock came louder. I didn’t even need to look. I already knew he woul

Now I can be with Alessa all day. I don't even care about the company, just her is enough for me.“I object, Father.” Of course she would! The room shifted instantly. Everyone turned.Lydia walked forward like she owned the place-chin high, eyes sharp.“I hope we haven’t all forgotten,” she continued smoothly, “that this boy once k

Adrian’s POVThe dining room finally quieted. Grandfather left for his studies. My mum is still upstairs checking the babies.Everyone dispersed like nothing had just happened. But I didn’t move. My eyes stayed on her. I still believe Hana wouldn't hurt me like that. It must be Alesssa framing her. Hana accepted she pushed me, then she ran upstairs to cry.Alessa was Calm and happy all morning Like she hadn’t just twisted the entire situation with a few words.Something about that didn’t sit right with me at all.She stood up first. Didn’t look at me. Just turned and walked out.Like I wasn’t even there. My jaw tightened. I watched her disappear down the hallway. Then I stood up, slowly and followed her.The maids were in the kitchen when they saw me. They wanted to greet me and made a sign for them.to leave. They hurried left behind what they were doing. Only the faint sound of running water filled the space. She stood by the sink, her back to me, sleeves slightly pushed up as she w

  • Tricked To his Bed   Fragile ACTRESS

ALESSA’S POVBy the time I got back to the mansion, the sun was already up.7:00 AM. Too early for chaos. I heaved a sigh of relief and prayed for only peace today. The guards opened the gate without a word. News travels fast in this house.I stepped inside calmly, my heels clicking softly against the marble floor.Grandfather Wolfe was already seated in the living room.Sipping his morning coffee. I lowered my head slightly. “Good morning, Grandfather.”He studied me for a second longer than usual then nodded.“Sit.”I did, and took his coffee. “Grandfather, I said you have a very low sugar level. Don't always drink coffee every morning. Please and please, it's bad for your health.”Then he smiled. “I have been taking it all my life Alessa. It won't kill me yet I am still strong.”He turned to one of the maids. “Call everyone down.”Hmm…So this wasn’t a casual meeting. Interesting! I thought.—Footsteps echoed from upstairs. Messy and Uncoordinated. Then Adrian walked down. Bare ch

  • Tricked To his Bed   HUMAN TRASH

Alessa’s POVThe moment Adrian collapsed….Everything went quiet. I was trying to process what just happened. My ears rang slightly as I stared at his body on the floor.“What the fuck?” I screamed. He stood there behind Adrian, jaw tight, breathing heavy, eyes still burning like he hadn’t come back to himself yet. Then I turned. Kai rushed to me, are you okay Alessa?”I yanked his hands off. “Kai… what did you just do?”“He deserved it,” he said coldly.. My brows snapped together. “What if he dies? What will you say?”That wiped the edge off his expression just a little. Then he said, “I will just throw him down this building. AND we say he was drunk and fell off the building.”I dropped to my knees beside Adrian, my fingers already at his neck. His Pulse was still steady. Then I leaned closer..checking his breathing. He was still alive.I exhaled softly.“He is fine,” I muttered. “You hit him, it did not killed him.”He scoffs. “Even that didn't kill him, his head is like stone.”He

  • Tricked To his Bed   MY WOMAN ALESSA

ADRIAN’S POVThe private dining room was designed for people of higher class like me.Dark polished wood lined the walls, reflecting the soft golden lights hanging from above. A long oval table sat at the center, surrounded by high-backed leather chairs. Everything suited my dignified personality. The air smelled faintly of expensive wine and cologne.Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the city, the lights outside glittering like they were bowing to the men inside. This was where deals were made.Where people were measured between classes. And where power was displayed without saying a word.I sat at the head of the table. Calmly with my legs crossed. I was better looking.. No! I was handsome more than any of them there. At first they were kissing up to me to get the project. Now it's time for the budget. They act like they are superior. I said to myself. “Since it's Alessa that recommended them..she will sort this out herself.”“Why aren’t you drinking, Adrian?” one of the men as
