Rushed

"Hurry up, kids! You don't want to be late!" Amber yelled from the kitchen as the kids struggled to put themselves in place before she got out. Sophia had to go to work early that day and wouldn't be able to help her take the kids to school. She would have to do it by herself that day, meaning she was going to be a bit late to work.

When she was done, she rushed out of the kitchen with their lunch bags and checked them out to see if any other thing was in place before stepping out.

"Mummy, isn't Aunt Sophia going to take us to school today?" Jenna asked.

"Yes but she's busy at work right now. She might come take you tomorrow," Amber smiled as she led them outside. She headed for the car, opened the door and allowed the kids to enter before closing it.

She entered the driver's seat and took a seat then sighed before zooming off. She watched how the kids chatted and played at the back of the car. It brought a smile to her face. They were the treasures God gave her and she had no choice
