Chapter 65: I Forgive Him, Dad

Ann bought a pretty big bouquet. That day he came to his father's grave with Jax, Jace, and Jake. Today the Carter rent the whole cemetery exclusively for Ann's visit, so no one else was there but the four of them. The bodyguards strictly guarded the surroundings of the cemetery and did not let anyone else in.

Jax and Jake used disguises so that their faces didn't look identical as Jace's triplets. These were the game rules that they had set themselves when they had to go out together. Each of them carried a bouquet of colorful flowers.

Ann placed the bouquet in front of the grave of her father, Nick Davis.

"Those criminals have confessed what they did, Dad. They get the punishment commensurate with their actions. Now Daddy can rest in peace. From now on, I will live happily. Here are Jax, Jace, and Jake, whom Dad saved twenty-three years ago. Then Dad…" said Ann, unable to continue. Her tears broke, and she wept bitterly.
