POV Lance
I hung up with Samantha and growled. I was livid. How dare she not tell anyone about the notes. How dare she not tell me! I stood and walked briskly to go find my beta, Trevor. He was in his office like I thought and I banged open the door and walked in. He looked up at me in surprise.
"What's wrong?" he asked and I snarled.
"Sammy has been getting threatening notes a couple times a day since Saturday. She didn't tell anyone of course, and the fucker even dropped one in her bedroom while she was showering in the adjoining bathroom this morning. On top of all that, the future beta of the Dark Moon pack is missing and has been for over a week but no one noticed it until this weekend. Oh, yeah and Sam's been seeing someone who looks like Alpha David around town. You know, the supposedly dead guy that abused and tortured her as a child?" I spat out at him.

POV SamanthaWhen we got back to the pack house we met with the others in my fathers study. Dad just gave us a rundown on what was happening which added up to not much. The trackers were in the woods, still trying to track the note leavers scent but Dad had sent two to go to where Jon disappeared from. POV Lance"Go ahead onto the plane." I told Sam and the others as I helped my warriors with the luggage.We had just arrived at the runway and the plane was almost ready to go. POV Alpha Jack2 hours earlierI nervously shifted my feet and sighed as we stood at the appointed spot. I eyed the area carefully as did my warriors. They had been briefed on everything going on. In fact, the whole pack had been. I had called a late night pack meeting after talking to my wife on the phone last night and we decided that it was best to tell them everything.
