3rd person's POV
Olivia got up earlier than usual in the morning. She quickly bathed and got ready. Her parents were still fast asleep. She made her way to the park. Her lips curled into a beautiful smile on seeing the boy of her dreams. Archer was leaning against the bark of tree. His eyes were closed.
“Archie!” She shrieked and ran towards him. He swiftly opened his eyes and swirled towards her.
“How many times do I have to tell that you are not supposed to call me that?" He frowned at her.
She giggled and wrapped her arms around his waist. He hugged her back and nuzzled her hair. Her flowery scent calmed him down. It always brought some kind of peace to him.
“What are you so happy about that you called me at five in the morning?" He grumbled. Olivia broke the hug and sighed. She knew that her next words were not going to make him happy. Archer was not happy on the loss o
(Present)At Olivia's home:Mrs. Miller could not understand for the life of her that where her daughter went. She was not reckless that she would up and leave her home without letting her mother know. Sure the girl missed her life in Florida and even misses that boyfriend of hers but she won’t leave for that place. When her husband asked the officials about her daughter's whereabouts they said that their daughter left with some man. They did not reveal the name of the person though. On being asked the reason they said something about stupid policy.Has she eloped with someone? It could not be! Thought Mrs. Miller to herself. She got up from her reclining chair and made her way to her husband, who was sitting in their backyard.“James it has been more than a month and we still don't know where she is? We need
3 hours later:She laid unconscious on the king sized bed. Her wrists were bandaged and her face was pale. She had been bathed and changed in a clean night gown by Archer, who was sitting on the stool beside her bed, examining her soft features, his demeanor was calm. Things were definitely the way he wanted them to be. He had her where he wanted her to be. He felt his lip
3 hours later:"My beautiful Tulip." He murmured softly, caressing her pale cheek. He took out the pendant from his pocket and tied it around her neck; the same pendant which he gifted her few years ago. He still remembered that day well.
(Past)It was a sunny day and Martha Zander Mitchell was happy to be outside. She smiled looking at her two months old daughter, Anna Zander Mitchell. When she was born, her husband, Don Zander Mitchell was the happiest person on the earth. He was ten times more protective now. And he had toned down his anger a lot in the last few months. Martha was actually happy. The amount of money that her husband had spent on their daughter in the last two months was way too much. When Martha tried to object Zander shut her up with one line.“She is our princess. She deserves much more than this.” Zander was out of State so Martha decided t
He took a long drag of cigar, threw it away and moved towards his table. He felt the rage bubbling up inside him on remembering his actions in the cellar.
After getting herself together Olivia left the dining hall in search of her step brother. She resented her father now but she could not bring herself to show any indifference to mere ten year old boy. It was not his fault. He does not deserve to suffer like this. After three hours of searching the first floor of mansion she did not find him. Her legs were aching but she did not stop her search. Archer, who was watching her through CCTV camera, was amused. He shook
The next morning when Olivia went to the dining hall she was surprised to see her step brother; the person that she least expected to be present there. Young Axel James looked up on seeing another presence in the hall. He did not remember meeting her ever as he was blindfolded at that night in the cellar. Olivia shivered involuntarily when those horrible memories flashed in front of her eyes. She gave him a queasy smile. Axel was too scared to notice her warm gesture. When maids served the breakfast he did not start eating. Before Olivia could tell him to eat Zale entered the room. Olivia remembered him. The third in command of
After five days Archer returned home. He felt the excitement bubble up inside him. He had missed Olivia. He could not wait to have some fun.Her sufferings extinguished the fire of revenge in his heart for some time. The anguish and pain that he had endured due to her departure was not even half of Olivia’s pain. She didn’t know that type of pain. But he had planned for her to at least feel some of it. She won’t find any peace, in the palace that had been constructed for her, unless she has walked at least half the path which he had been walking on for so many years. In his twisted mind she deserved to suffer.
