Azek's POV

“How long would she be here” I asked a nurse who was attending to Natalia. I had plans of putting her under heavy supervision by the police force. I didn't want her missing again.

“She might be here another day or two but if her recovery is fast, she could discharge tomorrow” the nurse replied to me with a bright smile on her face.

I still wasn't happy with the idea, it made me feel I was going to lose Mia again. And I wasn't ready to go down that route once again. The end of that road was nothing far from despair and pain.

Mia was cool with it, so it wasn't that bad. I said to myself. My mind became more unsettled as I tried convincing myself that the plan was for the greater good.

“You guys just go and get the plan in motion I would be fine,” Natalia said softly as she tried telling us to go on leaving her at the hospital.

“If we are going to leave you here, I would leave you under heavy surveillance. I can't let you go missing again. We can't trust anyone at this
