Scarlett was startled by the voice at first, and when she looked back, it was Ricci, standing behind her.

Just by watching his sorry face, made her annoyed. Though it was surprising to see him at the party, Scar has no interest in knowing his reasons. Rolling her eyes, she again turned her eyes to Gabrielle with her drink.

She thought her ignorance would put some sense into him and he would stop disturbing her, which didn't happen at all.

"I am also invited here too." He spoke.

"Good for you." Replying, she moved away from him to the food table.

"You are looking so gorgeous, Scarlett." He complimented and he did from his heart. The moment his eyes fell on her, he almost choked on his breath and regretted his decision to leave her before.

This woman is way more gorgeous than Camilla for sure.

However, no response came from Scar as she was not a bit interested in him or his words.

"I never thought to see you here. I am so glad that I did. I
