CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE: VIP CUSTOMER

ARIEL'S POV

The journey home is very silent as I’m burning with fury right now. If perhaps he had listened to me, we wouldn't have been stuck in that dark place.

“I'm sorry.”

“There’s no need for that; your actions clearly show that you don't feel comfortable at my home, and that’s why you insisted on leaving,” I replied angrily with my arms crossed, looking through the window.

“Ok, let me just tell you the truth. I don't like a stuffy place, and I don't think I’ll be able to withstand it. Telling them about it, will feel off, that's why I insisted,” he explained, to which I’m still not satisfied with.

As we get home, we meet Aiden's car outside, and I quickly ask Killian to stop the car. Killian parks the car, and I rush out to meet him. As it is already late at night, and I don't want any issues with Alex, as he might ask me why I brought him into his house, I suggest having our conversation in his car.

I watch Killain drive in immediately when he sees Aiden approaching their car.
