I couldn’t help but press my palms onto my chest as I suddenly felt it tighten due to the tension as I walked towards the dining hall. I even counted my steps from the bedroom until I get here. My hand is already sweaty and cold. I do not know. Before I could go down, I received another text from Ares, which caused every hair on my skin to stand up.

I was wearing a simple oversized cotton yellow jacket with a dog print on the chest and partnered with a pair of nude bow sandals.
