I remained seated in my car waiting for Nate, sobbing silently. After sometime, I heard a tap on the window. It was Nate. I unlocked the car door for him to enter. He looked more stressed than me, his hair was disheveled and he was trying to catch his breath.

"Come here, baby." He immediately pulled me closer and hugged me tightly. I clung on to his neck, sobbing more and he kept running his fingers through my hair, not asking a single word and that was all I needed right now.
