Chapter Twenty Four•I Want To Live A Free Life

Ellen heard a very loud trumpet that blew and wondered the reason for that. She looked around the room and couldn't help but feel guilty for not listening to Margaret, now she has surely put her life in danger which the girl feared.

She bent her head over her lap and began to sob uncontrollably.

"I want to live a free life!"

She shouted on top of her voice in agony and pain.

She remembered clearly how her dad got struck by an arrow. She wondered if the arrow was poisoned because he didn't stand up after falling.

She hopes that nothing happened to him because of his course to set her free.

She hugged her legs tighter and sobbed more uncontrollably.

"How can my second chance be full of obstacles?

Why can't I live a free and happy life?"

She asked no one in particular as she poured out her heart.

The clicking of the door made her hug her legs even more tighter but stopped sobbing when she heard footsteps approaching, she knew it was no other than the person who made her his prisoner.
