"Baby, wake up." Aaron said, gently shaking me awake.
"Five more minuets." I whined, pulling the blankets closer to me. I felt as tired as I felt yesterday if not worse. I had a dull ache in my head and throat, my body feeling more heavy than it should.
"It's already noon. Sleeping this much isn't good for your body." He said, sitting at the edge of the bed and gently caressing my back.
"Don't you want some fresh air?" He asked. "You can even meet some of the pack members." I shook my head. "I don't want to be around people right now." I said, peeking at him.
"You can wash up and I'll feed you then." He said. I sat up and stretched my aching limbs, staring at him blankly as I blinked sleep away from my eyes.
"I have important guests so I won't be with you the whole day." He said, earning an absentminded nod from me. "When will you be back?" I asked as he intertwined our fingers together.

Brian I peeled my eyes open, a wave of nausea and dizziness hitting me. Aaron was not in the room, his spot in the bed bare and empty. I sighed as I sat up, clutching my aching head. Brian I was sat on the porch hammock, laying my head on Aaron's shoulder while we waited for the car. It was the first time I had come outside in Goddess knows how many days. Danny"Didn't I tell you to get your act together?" Aaron asked, his tone as sharp as the glare he had set on me. I swallowed hard, wringing my fingers roughly. "You d-did, Alpha Aaron." I said, my tone quivering with fear such as did the rest of my body."Then why the hell does it seem like he's getting better?!" He yelled, earning a flinch from me. I bit my lip, choosing my words carefully before I answered him."I think he has stopped taking the doses." I answered, swallowing the lump in my throat.My throat felt dry, each word I uttered leaving it more sore that the last. It was always hell, being in the presence of Alpha Aaron whenever he was this angry.
