Kaden’s POV

You heard me the first time, Kaden,” Seraya said loudly, her voice filled with anger. “I asked where you’re going without me? Don’t tell me you actually thought I’d stay inside and just sit around while you’re out there with the rest of the warriors. What exactly do you expect me to do inside the house?”

I let out a heavy sigh. I knew where this was going. I knew Seraya enough to know that she didn’t talk like this for no reason. If she was pushing like this, it meant one thing. Hand wanted to follow us to the woods and that was not going to happen.
