Chapter Four Hundred And Sixty-Five

"Yes, that is exactly what he had requested, sir." Alex Troy uttered, "Should I go ahead and give him what he wants?"

Zaire sat on the low ledge of the rooftop of Romero Headquarters, his expression remaining unchanged as though he had not heard what Alex had just said to him.

He squinted his eyes as he stared out at the city horizon quietly, the sounds of the city floating up at him while the cool evening air ruffled his hair and caressed his cheeks.

He stayed in that position for long minutes, swinging his foot which hung down from the low ledge, as if he had no worries in the world.

It made the secretary, Alex Troy who stood in front of him, nervous. Alex wondered if Zaire had heard any of the message he just relayed to him.

Earlier that day, Damien had requested for Alex to come into the office and then proceeded to make a request which alarmed him.
