At that moment, I was convinced in my heart that Grace was the one who had plotted to kill me, and I was determined to prove it. Despite continuing with my consultations, I couldn't wait to confront Grace and unravel the truth between us.

But before that, I knew I had to speak with Lucas. During my break, I rushed to his office, determined to catch him before he left for lunch.
