I was too stunned at the question to answer him, I felt like my mouth was dry and I couldn’t speak. It’s been so long since I’ve been asked out, yeah I've had a couple of one-night stands and a few flings including the one with Danny and I even gone back to an ex or two when I shouldn’t have but I’ve never been asked out or went on an actual date even before what happened with bash. My mind suddenly shifted towards the thought of Danny, but why? He was just a co-worker that I happened to have a one-night stand with before I actually knew who he was and met him who happens to be my best friend's brother. Besides we just agreed nothing else would happen between us and we’d keep things strictly professional and who knows going out on a date may be exactly what the doctor ordered to get my mind off Danny.
