As Tina trusted Jimmy, she did not keep her feelings bottled up and leaned on his shoulder as she sobbed softly, "Jimmy, I'm really scared… It's just like what happened to Sophie…"

"No." Jimmy promptly stopped her. "Your mother's definitely going to be fine."

As Henry heard the mention of Sophie while standing nearby, his heart clenched, pain showing in his eyes.

Nonetheless, it was soon over ten hours since the surgery started, and it was still going on.

Even as night arrived, the trio remained outside the operating room.

They did not have an appetite in the afternoon, but Henry ordered some food as evening arrived.

Tina really still did not feel like eating.

Henry knew that reasoning would not work on her.

And while he could just force her to eat, he could not bear to do it either.

He turned to give Jimmy a look.

Although Jimmy was on Tina's side and hated Henry, he had to cooperate for Tina's sake.

He walked up, took a lunchbox, and sat beside Tina as he opened it.
