Ch. 60

"I told you it was a bad idea. Dammit Rain!" Charles yelled at me, understandably upset.

My arm draped over the toilet as my head sunk in gagging again. I hadn't been able to hold anything down since sealing myself to Eryn. I've been profusely vomiting since that moment. Eryn has stuck by my side, holding my hair and rubbing my back. He was feeling guilty, even though all the fault laid on me.

"I know." I sighed, sniffling. "I'm sorry."

I felt another wave of nausea hit me and I stuck my head over the toilet again. The muscles in my stomach were aching and my throat was on fire. I couldn't understand why sealing myself to Eryn was causing me so much nausea.

I wonder if my mother ever did this. Honestly I am not sure she even knew that dad was half elf. How would I even ask her about this? I have kept her in the dark these past few weeks only giving her small unimportant information about my life recently. I know it will break her heart to know that I have kept so much from her. Ery
