Damon POV

Something was really fishy about my dad. Josalina got arrested and he said nothing. He was tolerating Eva in the house, in the van and even in the news now. He knew Eva turned the tables and teh confession of our love that kept repeating on news will definitely give anyone a headache but my dad said nothing.

"Have you found David yet?", this was the only questions my dad asked me the entire day thrice.

The day was quite convincing though. Josalina got arrested which means we can breach the deal with her. I was not interested in marrying her either. My father took over all the work for a day.

He led the meetings, scheduled his own meetings with the board directors and checked every single detail himself. I was thus walked back to my office to get rest when I saw Eva sitting in her cabin typing something through the glass wall. She was all alone.
