He is a psychopath

"Don't make me repeat myself, sweetheart. I told you it's fun."

"Oh really? You're such a sick bastard who knows nothing except playing mind games. Why do you want to torture me? This place is already hell for me anyway."

Alizah was in the urge of breaking down now. High school life wasn't exactly as she thought it would be.

"And what is the reason for you calling it hell?"

Ronan questioned, lowering his head to meet Alizah's gaze.

"Can't you see? Nobody likes me here. They all can't stand my presence. I thought I was getting close with Kyle and Jenna but they too don't like me at all."

Alizah couldn't stop her tears anymore. Ronan wasn't the person whose shoulder she could use to cry about her school life but apparently, Alizah was just sad and needed someone to talk to and Ronan was the only one who has talked to her so far.

"I don't think that's the truth. I think, they liked you a lot and that's why maybe they were planning to invite you over to the party this Saturday."

Ronan said.

"How do you know that?"

Alizah wiped off her tears. Why was Ronan so difficult to understand for her?

"Because I was the one who told them to stay away from you."

Ronan said with a smile and this time he wasn't just smirking. Alizah's jaw dropped and she couldn't believe Ronan asked them to stay away from her.

"I don't believe you. Why would you do that?"

She questioned.

" Because I don't want you to talk to anyone or be friends with anyone here."

Ronan's words filled tears in Alizah's eyes again.

"Why did you do that Ronan?"

She questioned him although she didn't even want to look at him she wanted answers from him. She had never done anything wrong to him, why was he acting this way?

"Because I want you to suffer alone, sweetheart. I want to make this place hell for you."

Ronan whispered his warning in Alizah's ear and it gave her chills. Alizah knew Ronan was not kidding when he said that he was going to make this place hell for her. He meant it.

"You know what? You can't ruin my life like this because I don't give you the right to do so. Do whatever you want but I won't let you ruin anything for me."

Alizah jerked away from her hand from Ronan's grip who was smirking. After giving a last hateful scowl, Alizah left the classroom. She tried every possible to not let Ronan get under her skin which was what he wanted but she failed miserably. Ronan succeeded in making it miserable for her and yet again, Alizah was left to cry.

The second class started and even when Alizah was in no mood to encounter Ronan's face but she knew later or sooner she had to, so she decided to stay strong because Ronan was doing everything to make her feeble and she couldn't afford to let him win.

Ronan didn't say anything to her while the class went.

"Come with me."

Ronan grabbed Alizah's hand as soon as the teacher left and forced her to follow him.

"I won't."

Alizah made herself clear in front of Ronan.

"Just do as I say!"

Ronan commanded as he pulled Alizah from her seat and Alizah had no choice except follow him to wherever he was taking her to.

"Sit."

Ronan commanded as he took Alizah to the school canteen.

"Stop ordering me and why did you bring me here?"

Ronan was so unpredictable for her.

"You'll eat with me from now on."

Alizah was left surprised again. To her, Ronan was that mystery that was impossible to predict for her.

"But why?"

Desperation was evident in her voice.

"Just because I say so."

He said and went to get food for them. Alizah refused to even touch the food and was only glaring at Ronan with utter shock.

"Eat, Alizah!"

He commanded again but it had no effect on Alizah and maybe that was why Ronan was so interested in Alizah all of a sudden. He was a psychopath and Alizah was challenging for him.

"You are a sick bastard!"

Alizah proclaimed and got up from her seat in anger. The students sitting around their table heard Alizah and they were all shocked... 'How could she talk to the king like that?' Most of the student's facial reactions read this.

Ronan didn't stop her from going when she started moving out of the canteen after humiliating him in front of everyone again. Everyone else had a thought that she might be a crazy person or she might not know what Ronan was capable of doing.

"What's wrong Ronan?"

Chloe asked as she saw a raging Alizah storm out of the canteen.

"Umm, it's nothing. You can leave."

Ronan had never asked Chloe to leave. It was sure that Ronan was beyond pissed and he won't make it pretty for Alizah now. To her surprise, Ronan didn't pester her for the rest of the day and after school too Alizah went home without having to deal with him.

After coming back from her part-time job, she found her God guardians sitting with her father in her house.

"Alizah!"

Mrs. Bradford hugged her as soon as she saw her and Alizah too was happy to meet her.

"How are you, Mrs. Bradford?"

She asked looking at her eyes which were so beautiful.

"Oh! Dear, I'm so well. How are you? How is school going?"

She questioned and Alizah has wished that she would avoid those questions but how could Mrs. Bradford be not excited about Alizah's high school life?

"Everything is going fine."

Alizah lied with a smile. She didn't want to let anyone else know what she was dealing with in the school. It would have only worried Mrs. Bradford. Alizah turned to Mr. Bradford and greeted him with the same excitement and later they all sat on the chairs and talked about the topics they usually did like, current affairs, football, and politics.

"You know, this years' Interschool Football league's finale is to be held in Avalon High, Alizah?"

Mr. Bradford informed her and she was not aware of any such news about her school but she has seen coaches and players do extra workouts and practice. That was the reason that in few classes Ronan wasn't present in the classroom instead he was practicing in the field.

"I had no idea about it."

Alizah smiled nervously for not knowing about her school's extracurricular activities.

"It's a fine sweetie."

Mrs. Bradford smoothened Alizah's hair as an act of affection but Alizah's facial expressions took an opposite turn at hearing the word 'sweetie'. That was the word that Ronan used to address her with, for pestering her, for intimidating her.

Alizah cooked dinner for everyone and they all ate it while talking and laughing. Alizah convinced her father and his god guardians that she was having a good time at her school and there was nothing to worry about her. She would have told Mrs. Bradford about Ronan and his bullying but she knew Ronan was very rich and powerful and Mr. Bradford's company was nowhere to be compared to his parent's. Alizah would also put Mr. Bradford in danger if she complains about Ronan, there was no way that Bradfords could help her. Ronan would only find a way to hurt her more and even if it included getting his parents involved in the matter.

That's what Kyle and Jenna had been talking with Alizah about Ronan. They told her the story where a teacher dared to raise his voice at Ronan and from the next day onwards nobody has seen that teacher till now. No one knew his whereabouts. Alizah was quite scared while listening to that story but she convinces herself that she was going to stay away from Ronan anyway, so there was nothing to worry about. But that wasn't the case anymore, Ronan was determined to ruin Alizah's life in high school.

The next day in school, Alizah submitted her application to change her course and prayed with all her heart that the letter application gets accepted. She needed to avoid Ronan. He was no good, he was a psychopath who would anything to satisfy his ego. She should have not pushed him or humiliated him in front of everyone but even after everything, Alizah was not even near too guilty for doing all that. She did it for her pride which Ronan could never ruin. But now, she needed to play safe, she needed to avoid Ronan.

"Sorry, Miss Iris but we cannot accommodate you to any other class. All seats are taken in every course."

Alizah was sad about her application being rejected. She has not wanted anything in a long time as much as she wanted to get her application for a change of courses accepted this time. She could not bear to face Ronan every day for the next two years. He was a monster.

"Hello, sweetheart!"

Small hairs on Alizah's neck rose at hearing the monster's voice. She did not want to encounter him, at least not in the morning, not when she was just going to begin her day. He was a bad omen for her.

"Not again, please."

Alizah sounded irritated and she started moving towards the class and Ronan didn't stop her instead he put his arm on Alizah's shoulder and started walking with her.

"What are you doing Ronan?"

Alizah removed Ronan's hand from her shoulder and gave him a warning look, but it was only more challenging of a game for Ronan.

"Watch your actions sweetheart. I'm just accompanying you to the classroom.

" I don't need your company."

"Are you sure? Because I remember it was yesterday, you were crying because of being left alone."

Ronan said by attempting to make a sad face just to mock Alizah's emotions.

"I would rather stay alone than choosing your company. Now leave me alone, please."

Alizah said.

"Hey, Ronan! Is there a problem?"

Shawn, Ronan's cousin came their way and saw Alizah's irritated expression. He was one of the best students in Avalon High. He was good in academics, and he was even the best football player after his cousin Ronan in the school. There was no way, anyone in school could stand against Ronan's football skill. He looked like a Greek God while playing football. But Shawn was no less, he too was well-reputed in the school and his case, people actually respected him for the nice person he was, unlike Ronan, people only feared him because he was intimidating and a bully.

"No Shawn. Why are you here?"

Ronan questioned and Alizah's eyes darted between Ronan and Shawn. She was not sure if she could leave the spot yet or not because Ronan had again put his hand over her shoulder and she did not want to create a scene in front of Shawn because last time when she was crying he was the person who found her crying and she wasn't exactly sure about what kind of person Shawn was.

"The football practice will be beginning now, the coach asked me to call you for it."

He said.

"But I have class right now."

"Don't worry, the coach will handle it and talk to your teacher. You can have a class for it after school hours."

Shawn informed. Ronan looked in Alizah's way and looked disappointed for a second as if his chance to intimidate her during the class was taken away from him.

"Fine, I'll be there."

Ronan agreed.
