Chapter Fourteen

When Rose woke up the second time after dozing off talking to her mother she felt the need to relieve herself so she asked Marianne if she could go, Marianne called for Lucy and she came almost immediately.

"Anything wrong?", Lucy asked.

"No, she just wants to go to the bathroom", Marianne told her.

Lucy walked over to Rose to help her down but as she was uncovering her Rose didn't feel the grip on her legs to help her down, she tried to move them but had no feeling in them.

"Mummy, I can't feel my legs!", She cried out.

Lucy looked at her and was shocked at the development so she put her back and ran to find their doctor, "I will be right back".

"Mummy I still have to go", Rose complained.

Marianne who was now at a loss for words and scared of what the doctor might say looked at her with fear,

"I know my baby, but the doctor has to see why you can't move your legs okay".
